Sales Tax
All orders shipped to Connecticut or Illinois addresses will be subject to sales tax in accordance with State law. Orders shipped elsewhere will not be charged sales tax. Returns
Since your satisfaction is a priority we know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. You may return your purchase within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. To process a return, please follow the steps below:

2. Secure merchandise in original packaging if available and enclose the completed return form.
3. Return merchandise in "as new" condition by pre-paid mail.

When will my order be processed?

When your order is received, it will be processed within 1 business day.

How long will it take for my order to ship and arrive?

Upon authorization of your credit card, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you have specified. A shipping confirmation will then be sent to that same email address upon shipment of your order. Most in stock orders are shipped within 1 business day of being placed. Delivery can take between 7-14 business days depending on location and selected ship method.

My order should have arrived by now. What should I do?

If you entered a password at the time that you placed your order, simply provide your information in the order tracking section above. Otherwise, please contact The Consumer Link and we'll be happy to track your order.
