Shipping
The Consumer Link ships most in stock orders to the U.S. within 1 business day of receipt. Shipping options are provided at the time of check out. Standard shipping rates are shown at right. Next day and 2nd day shipping are available. Next day and 2nd day rates will be calculated at time of checkout. Orders shipped to AK, PR, VI, Guam and HI must be shipped by 2nd day air.

You will always have an opportunity to see the full amount of your purchase with shipping charges before you confirm your order. Out of stock items usually ship within 10 business days. Orders with items on back order are held until they can be shipped complete.

Orders can only be shipped within the US, US territories and to APOs.

Please check with the customs department in your country about its importation policies to avoid unexpected customs fees or duties.

COOLSHIP Shipping
The COOLSHIP option is available for nutrition bars and other items which maybe heat sensitive. It can also be added at checkout if your cart includes items where COOLSHIP is recommended. All orders sent via COOLSHIP are packed in an insulated container with a reusable non-toxic liquid ice-pack. When you select COOLSHIP shipping your order maintains the best possible temperature during transit. Orders sent via COOLSHIP are shipped Monday through Wednesday to allow for uninterrupted transit. COOLSHIP rates include the cost of the reusable cooler and the non-toxic liquid ice-pack.

Sales Tax

Returns
Since your satisfaction is a priority we know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. You may return your purchase within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Items must be in their original condition and must have original paperwork and packaging. All products must be in re-saleable condition.
To process a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Complete the return section on your order's packing slip.
  2. Secure merchandise in original packaging if available and enclose the completed return form.
  3. Return merchandise in "as new" condition by pre-paid mail.

You will receive your credit within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Medical items, dietary supplements, and perishable food items can not be returned, once opened.

When will my order be processed?

When your order is received, it will be processed within 1 business day.

How long will it take for my order to ship and arrive?

Once your order is received, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address that you have specified. Upon authorization of your credit card and processing of your order, a shipping confirmation will be sent to that same email address upon shipment of your order. Most in stock orders are shipped within 1 business day of being placed. Standard Delivery can take between 7-10 business days.

My order should have arrived by now. What should I do?

If you entered a password at the time that you placed your order, simply provide your information in the order tracking section above. Otherwise, please contact The Consumer Link at customerservice@theconsumerlink.com and we'll be happy to track your order.

How do I know if I am ordering on a secure site?

The Consumer Link Online Store ships most in stock orders to the U.S., U.S Territories and APO addresses only.

Certain items may be restricted for international locations and we may not be able to ship to certain countries.

We recommend that before ordering, you review the product offering and pricing. All orders are processed in U.S funds. Please note that shipping and handling charges will be calculated at the time the order is processed. The shipping charges on our website are for Domestic Shipments only.

California Proposition 65
California Proposition 65 requires special product labeling for products containing certain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm if the product will expose the consumer to such chemicals.
